We are looking for Customer Support Associates to handle e‑commerce order queries from our Tirunelveli office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and messages related to orders, returns, replacements, and refunds
  • Check system details and share accurate status with customers
  • Raise tickets with delivery partners or warehouses for issues
  • Maintain high quality in communication and documentation
  • Achieve daily productivity and customer satisfaction targets

Who Can Apply E‑commerce support jobs in Tirunelveli?

  • 0–2 years’ experience in customer support/BPO
  • 12th pass or graduate
  • Good communication in Tamil and workable English
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts during sale seasons
