We are looking for a Relationship Executive to handle microfinance customers and groups in Tirunelveli rural and urban areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Form self‑help groups and conduct regular group meetings
- Explain loan products, repayment schedules, and documentation
- Collect applications and support basic KYC verification
- Maintain repayment discipline and follow up on overdue customers
- Build long‑term trust with women borrowers and community leaders
Who Can Apply Microfinance jobs in Tirunelveli?
- 0–2 years’ experience in field sales or microfinance; freshers from local areas can apply
- 12th pass or graduate; two‑wheeler preferred
- Good communication in Tamil and comfort interacting in villages
