We are hiring a Customer Care Executive for a multi‑speciality hospital in Tirunelveli. The role focuses on patient coordination and front‑office support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend patient enquiries at reception and over phone
- Register patient details and book appointments in hospital software
- Guide patients to billing, labs, and consultation rooms
- Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff for smooth patient flow
- Handle basic billing and payment queries at front desk
