Key Responsibilities:
- Call student enquiries and explain study‑abroad options and countries
- Fix counselling sessions with senior counsellors
- Maintain a follow‑up tracker of interested students and parents
- Share webinar links, event invites, and document checklists
- Help students with basic queries about exams, intakes, and courses
Who Can Apply Tele‑Counsellor jobs in Tirunelveli?
- 0–3 years’ counselling/tele‑calling experience
- Graduate in any stream; good English communication required
- Interest in international education and student counselling
- Comfortable working with targets and MS Office
