We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a telecom process servicing prepaid and broadband customers from Tirunelveli.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls regarding network issues, recharge, and plan changes
- Register complaints and provide ticket numbers
- Educate customers on available plans, packs, and offers
- Coordinate with technical teams for resolution updates
- Achieve targets for call handling and first call resolution
Who Can Apply Telecom support jobs in Tirunelveli?
- 0–2 years’ customer support experience
- 12th pass or graduate
- Good communication in Tamil and basic English
- Comfortable with shift work and weekend rotations
