We are hiring Tele‑Collection Executives to follow up with customers for EMI and bill payments from Tirunelveli.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call customers with overdue payments and remind due dates
- Negotiate payment commitments and record promises to pay
- Update call outcomes and customer remarks in the system
- Escalate chronic defaulters to field collections/legal team
- Achieve collection and recovery targets each month
Who Can Apply Tele‑collection jobs in Tirunelveli?
- 0–3 years’ experience in collections/BPO/tele‑calling
- 12th pass or graduate
- Strong negotiation skills and firm but polite communication in Tamil
- Comfortable with target‑based tele‑calling
