We are looking for Customer Support Associates for a travel and tourism company based in Tirunelveli.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiries for tour packages, train/bus tickets, and hotel bookings
  • Share itinerary details, quotations, and booking confirmations with customers
  • Coordinate with suppliers and agents for reservations and changes
  • Resolve basic complaints related to bookings and travel dates
  • Maintain records of enquiries, bookings, and payments
