We are looking for Customer Support Associates for a travel and tourism company based in Tirunelveli.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries for tour packages, train/bus tickets, and hotel bookings
- Share itinerary details, quotations, and booking confirmations with customers
- Coordinate with suppliers and agents for reservations and changes
- Resolve basic complaints related to bookings and travel dates
- Maintain records of enquiries, bookings, and payments

- 0–3 years’ experience in travel agency/BPO/customer support
- 12th pass or graduate; knowledge of basic geography is helpful
- Good communication in Tamil and reasonable English
