Job description
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a telecom process servicing prepaid and broadband customers from Tirunelveli.​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer calls regarding network issues, recharge, and plan changes
  • Register complaints and provide ticket numbers
  • Educate customers on available plans, packs, and offers
  • Coordinate with technical teams for resolution updates
  • Achieve targets for call handling and first call resolution
